Hey guys, Old man wags here with Dirt Killer pressure washers here to show you one of our latest detailing rigs. The customer brought us this idea that he wanted to have as self-contained of a detailing rig as possible, so that when he opened up the doors, all their customer could see would be a generator on the side, a pressure washer system with two hose rails up top. Nice, clean, neat, out of the way, then what he's going to do after this, behind these racks, he's going to put a nice partition wall so you can have interior shelving and do all of his a little bit, basically all of his bottle racks, all of his different soap dispensers and some of the different tools of the trade that he's going to use to kind of hide from the customers that they just see this nice clean outlook on our side right here.
What we've done is we've managed to hose rails, both of them on very durable, very sturdy pieces of Kindorf strut going across. We have a low pressure hose for filling up our tank. You have about a hundred feet on there, which is very common for walking out, going up to a spicket. And just using that to fill the tank. After that, we have our high pressure hose rail, which holds 200 feet high pressure hose. Currently there's only 100 feet on there, cause that's all the customer needs.
At the moment. We also integrated a little nozzle racks as easy nozzle selection for whatever task he is completing at that time. On our pressure washer, we start with a Honda GX390 as well as a industrial grade Giant pump that does four gallons a minute at 4,000 PSI not necessarily needed for detailing, but that pump is one of the most durable ones in the industry, which is why we chose it for our customer.
On the side of our system, we have a integrated lance holder. So this is kept up with the rest of his pressure washing tools, but yet still has a nice place to tuck away. And then on our side door, we have our bottle rack, which holds Dirk Killer Shine Guard for cleaning interior and leather dashes, as well as our Kranzle foam cannon, which pairs perfectly with this four gallon, a minute machine, our water tank in the back is a 200 gallon square buffer tank. That's mounted to the floor. One line dedicated going straight to our pump, providing as much water as, as needed as well as the second line that he can use right here. We're opening up and letting water run out for draining the tank or for filling buckets, washing his hands, whatever you might need water for everything that you see here, this is just step one of the process. The next part is on the customer. He's going to take this and go the rest of the way with it, but this is the pressure washing side and what we're focusing on.
