How to Order Our national sales office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 PM eastern time. Orders may be placed by phone or fax: Orders and Shipping For factory direct orders, parts, accessory, and pressure washer orders in stock and received by noon are usually shipped the same day, otherwise the next
day. Some pressure washer orders are built to order. The normal production time for cold water pressure washers is one week, for hot water pressure washers two weeks. Customers should inquire at the
time of their order about how long it will take to produce the model they are ordering. Orders and Shipping continued If all parts are not in stock, partial orders maybe shipped at Dirt Killer's discretion unless the customer specifies otherwise at time of order. The customer will be notified of shipping delays, other problems with their order by fax or email. Parts and accessory orders are normally shipped FedEx or UPS at Dirt Killer's discretion unless requested otherwise or due to excessive weight. Pressure washers are normally shipped by truck freight, unless it is an electric pressure washer weighing less than 100 pounds. The customer is responsible for checking for damaged or missing cartons upon receipt of order from shipping company. Any problems should be noted with the
driver at time of receipt. Missing packages are the customer's responsibility once they have signed the bill of lading. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost on COD orders that are refused or undeliverable. Discrepancies between order quantity and shipped quantity must be made to customer service within 3 working days from time of receipt in order
to get consideration. Claims made after 3 days will not be honored. Warranty Dirt Killer Pressure Washers offers a one year warranty for manufacturing defects on our products unless specified otherwise. The warranty does not include wear parts, abused or excessively used items. In order to grant this warranty, the item must be returned to the Dirt Killer factory to be inspected by the customer service department to determine if the warranty applies. Items granted warranty status are repaired or replaced free of charge. To claim warranty consideration, first call customer service and get a Return Authorization number and instruction on a how to process a return. Dirt Killer Pressure Washers is not responsible for any returned goods not accompanied by a Return Authorization number. |
